The apartment building is principally south facing and each of the apartments has either a terrace or balcony, allowing it to benefit from the sunny location. There is one allocated parking place for Apartment T2b, right next to the building.

Apartment T2b will have a floor area of 45m2 and consists of:
Lower level: entrance, double bedroom
Upper level: living/dining room with balcony, kitchen, shower/WC.
