Chalets in Cote d'Arbroz are always sought after. Situated in an easily accessible sunny spot not far from the amenities of Morzine these chalets could be purchased for the view alone.

Although Morzine is only a 5 minutes drive down the hill many of the people that live around here will drive for 5 minutes up the hill and access the skiing from a quiet car park at the back of Mt Chery. Don't imagine that this chalet will only be used as a skiing base; the same car park accesses plenty of walking and mountain biking in the summer.

Don't forget that Geneva airport is just over an hours drive away and Lake Geneva 45 minutes.

This development will consist of 6 chalets, 1 of which has already sold. The chalet described here is the larger of two designs. We have called it design A. The total floor area (including garage and work rooms) will be 200 m² - the habitable floor area will be 117 m². The chalet will consist of:

Cellar: Large garage and workshop / storage area, cave

First floor: Entrance hall, semi open plan kitchen and dining area with access onto a balcony, separate WC, shower room, bedroom with balcony access.

Second floor: 2 double bedrooms both with access onto a small balcony, mezzanine, separate WC, bathroom.

The chalet will be heated via electric radiators and an electric immersion heater, there will be space for a chimney though no fire or flue will be fitted, the floor of the first level will be tiled as will the bathroom and WC's, the floor on the second level and in the bedrooms will have carpet. Electric under floor heating on the first floor is available as an optional extra (to be discussed). A finished kitchen is not included in the price, various options are available - this can be discussed with the developer.
