Jean-Christophe Skiera, aka "JC" has been working in the property business around Chamonix and Megeve since 2001. Prior to this he worked in the UK finance industry so he is well placed to help with any financial issues. JC knows his area, which extends from Chamonix across to Megeve, very well having flown over most of it in his para-glider!
Sarah Watts helps JC cover the Mont Blanc area. She lives in St Gervais between Chamonix and Megeve and is a keen advocate of this lesser known spa town in the mountains. She is currently having her own chalet built and is experiencing first hand the joys of a new build project.

Denis Barbier was born and bred in Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval near Samoëns. Brought up in a chalet building family he has had years of experience designing and constructing chalets in the Samoens valley. He is also a keen mountaineer having operated as a Mountain Guide for many years. Denis covers the Samoens valley, including Morillon and Sixt Fer a Cheval for us.
Valérie Maes works with Denis, and is based in our Samoëns office. Valerie is a native of the north of France, but she has grown to love the mountains since moving here. It is quite likely that your visit in the Samoens area will be with Valérie. She has an in depth knowledge of all our properties in the area and will be an invaluable guide in helping you make the right purchase.
Liz Owens the other half of the Owens team, Liz has plenty of experience of running chalets and dealing with French bureaucracy. Like the rest of the team she is passionate about the mountains and loves to ski the Grand Massif.

Claudia Buttet hails from the Netherlands but has been selling property in the Alps for nearly twenty years. She continues to enjoy helping clients get to know the area and find the right property for them. She primarily looks after Les Gets, St Jean d'Aulps and its valley for Alpine Property. She also works with Ed Ockelton in Chatel and its valley.
Ailsa Bishop joined the team in 2010 and works with Claudia covering Les Gets and the St Jean d'Aulps valley. A regular visitor to the region since the 80's, Ailsa made the move permanent in 2005, managing a catered chalet, before setting up her own business. She has an in-depth knowledge of the area, which she would be delighted to share with you. She can also help to guide you through the administrative maze of buying or selling your Alpine Property!"
Lee Massey covers the Morzine and Montiond area, originally with Price Waterhouse Coopers in the UK, Lee has been living locally with his family since 2006, in that time he has managed a number of renovation and new build projects of which he will be happy to show you.
Chatel is covered by Ed Ockelton, Ed has lived in the valley for 8 years. He has been selling property and managing chalets for most of that time. If you need to know anything about Chatel or the surrounding villages, Ed's your man!

Anna Allen covers the Vallée Verte and surrounding area. She has lived and worked in the Haute Savoie for 20 years and has plenty of personal experience regarding purchasing and renovation of Savoyard properties. She loves to explore new tracks, trails and pistes be on that on foot, bike or ski.

Jackie Gay is our scots lass married to a Frenchman who she met in Switzerland . A truly international family who are long time residents of Le Petit-Bornand, a charming village in the Aravis area. La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are the most famous resorts in the area and Jackie knows them both well. She will be only too pleased to show you around.
Pernille Porte is our new Danish colleague, an architect by training and experienced in renovating and designing through her own company. She has been living in the Aravis for 13 years with her family and helps Jackie to cover Le Grand-Bornand, St. Jean de Sixt and the valley of Petit Bornand. Pernille is convinced that this lesser known area is a stunning place to settle down !
Steve Elsdon looks after La Clusaz, Manigod, Thones and all points down to Annecy Lake. Vaguely Australian, he and his family are long time residents of La Clusaz where he has extensive experience in the chalet holiday business and has helped previous clients with complete renovations. Bilingual and steeped in local word of mouth he's the guy to talk to about holiday or residential property investment in the area.

Valérie Ainaud alias "Val" lives in the heart of the Espace Diamant and has been working in this field for 8 years. Val is very experienced in all aspects of estate agency, construction, renovation, resale etc. After French she also speaks English and Italian and can advise you on all the activities, winter or summer. Valérie also works with Jean-Christophe in Megève and Combloux

Your first contact with our team will most likely be with Gareth Jefferies. Gareth will discuss your project with you, usually by email, suggesting various properties you might be interested in and making appointments for you to view them. When not behind his desk, Gareth will invariably be found on his way up or down one of the magnificent mountains in the area.
Jo Davison works with Gareth, helping him to maintain all the properties on the web site and it is Jo who will keep you informed by email as new properties go online.

Management, financial, and administrative support for the team is provided by Steve Norris. Steve makes sure that the Alpine Property organisation functions smoothly and each member of the team receives the support they need to help you find the property of your dreams.
