New luxury apartment complex in Avoriaz from Pierre et Vacances.

This development has sold very well and only a small percentage of the apartments remain (15 x 3 bedroom apartments and 20 x 2 bedroom). The remaining apartments are due to be completed in December 2012. Beyond the obvious attractions mentioned here the launching of this project has coincided with the 2018 Olympic bid which includes Avoriaz and a financial stimulus package from the French government, the "Loi Scellier". These things together have meant that sales of this project have really bucked the trend.

New build properties at snow sure altitudes rarely come on the market. This development in Avoriaz ticks all the right boxes being at 1800 metres in the heart of the renowned Portes du Soleil ski area just over an hour from Geneva airport. The developer Pierre et Vacances offers a package with a guaranteed rental income, no management hassles and some excellent finance options.

This is a lease-back development. This means that the property once purchased must be leased back to Pierre et Vacances for a 9 year period. Points to bear in mind with this form of purchase are:
