Les Chalets des Cimes is a new development of 9 chalets, in the growing resort of St Jean d'Aulps, part of the Portes du Soleil skiing domain. The chalets are being constructed by a reputable local builder, and are of a high quality finish both inside and out.

Built as the show chalet, the structure of chalet no. 9 is complete. The interior has been left unfinished to allow a new owner to choose their own kitchen and bathrooms (included in the price). This chalet can be ready for the second quarter of 2014.

Chalet 9 has a total of 144m2 of living space, and is laid out as follows:

Outside, there is a total of over 40m2 of balconies and terrace space, as well as a garden measuring 477m2. The chalet is ski in, ski out, and a short walk to all the local amenities (bars, restaurants, shops).

The ski resort of St Jean d'Aulps is currently undergoing a programme of investment to enhance both the quality of the lift system and the number and variety of pistes available. Snow cannons also guarantee skiability all season long. The resort is small and friendly, with a lively atmosphere and offers some really beautiful skiing around the majestic "Roc d'Enfer".
